Lion Nathan Limited is an international brewing company headquartered in Sydney, Australia, with assets of A$3.3bn, earnings from operations of $285m, and a market capitalization of $2bn.

Its core business is the production, distribution and marketing of beer in Australia, New Zealand and China.

The company has a 41.6% share of Australia's national beer market with its main brands Tooheys, Castlemaine, XXXX, West End, Emu, Swan and Hahn Brands.

In New Zealand, Lion Nathan has a 53% share of the national beer market through its Lion Breweries arm, with leading national brands such as Lion Red, Steinlager, Speights and Macs.
