Welcome to the Pacific Rim Forum
Since its inception in 1992, the Pacific Rim Forum has become widely recognised as Asia Pacific's most prestigious corporate meeting.
Emanating from a fundamental underlying theme of "Key Management Issues Confronting a Pacific Century" successive Forums have produced a comprehensive analysis of the key corporate and political issues facing business and opinion leaders in the Asia Pacific region.
In 2002, the Forum introduced Asia's Life Sciences and Technology Summit, to focus on science-based innovation in Asia and, especially, the life sciences which are widely expected to transform Asia's four largest industries: energy, health, agriculture and new materials.
From 2004 to 2009 the Pacific Rim Forum designed and delivered China Access 2008, the official economic “legacy” program for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. This highly successful initiative involved a comprehensive program of China-focused business events held throughout the world, and a series of tailored business visit programs within China. The Forum also assisted with Shanghai's 2010 World Expo.
It also created the “Divas in Beijing”, five world-class concerts held during the opening week of the Beijing Olympic Games. The concerts featured seven of the world's leading opera stars and were recognised as the cultural highlight of the Games.
"The Region's premier event in getting all the right people together to discuss the right issues that affect all of us, no matter what our business or enterprise. A truly value-added experience."
